"Where I am in this company the managment her is not where it needs to be."
"I worked with Sodexo at Kennesaw State University. I learned a lot about the managerial staff. Unfortunately what I learned was not very virtuous. The managers take advantage of the younger employees, usually college students, who are just trying to make it. If you call them on what they are doing, you will usually be punished by being passed over on promotions. I finally decided to leave. I learned a lot of negative things about the work force through them."
"I've worked for Sodexo since 2013. I have found Sodexo has been struggling in the market for years, unable to recover and the pandemic hit it, brought Sodexo to the floor. I also found management top heads are one of the most unstable, unreliable."
"I found that management within Sodexo, and the company itself, take the stance of encouraging the growth and improvement of its employees. Unfortunately, I also found too much drama and an inequality in the treatment among employees. Snap judgments by managers and the inability to stand firm on a given topic permeated middle management. Communication with employees was minimal, with almost no feedback on performance and improvement."
"I have worked there for a few months. I am doing the cashier."
"I’m looking to apply for a job… Not rate my current position."
