What do you like about working at The SoCo Group?

"Nothing, my manager is not correctly aligning the transportation department with the organizations goals causing high stress, low morale, high employee turn over and low employee satisfaction. This leads to low productivety from the stress of not knowing for sure how to operate to fulfil the organizations goals effectively."

"Don't, run and don't look back this is a company not worth getting entagled in it's dirty web of lies, thievery, and harassment."

What don't you like about working at The SoCo Group?

"There is nothing good about working at Soco other than it pays my bills for the moment."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Everything, I would make sure all departments fall into the alignemnt of the organizations vision and goals , stop the stress causing problems immediately, and make sure that my employees have a work environment where they would love to come and work in everyday."
