What do you like about working at Bimbo Bakeries?
"Nothing, hambient awful. every senority driver is behind the new drivers, watch them to see if they work, to then, go to the office and charge for the time that the junior drivers have worked, they said this time, it belongs to them. its horrible."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Try to stay away, they never terminate you, just put you on call, so they call you the less that they can. and force you to quit by your self."
What don't you like about working at Bimbo Bakeries?
"averything, I do not like the way they handle logistic operations."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Quit, company should change even the owner. are ruthless and inhuman."

"Working for a contractor is not good, because you don't get benefits."

"I don't get any health benefits. I don't get vacation pay. I have to wait a long time without getting paid."

"I would be more considerate of other people's feelings. I would also be on time more."

"Nothing, my manager is not correctly aligning the transportation department with the organizations goals causing high stress, low morale, high employee turn over and low employee satisfaction. This leads to low productivety from the stress of not knowing for sure how to operate to fulfil the organizations goals effectively."

"Don't, run and don't look back this is a company not worth getting entagled in it's dirty web of lies, thievery, and harassment."

"There is nothing good about working at Soco other than it pays my bills for the moment."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Everything, I would make sure all departments fall into the alignemnt of the organizations vision and goals , stop the stress causing problems immediately, and make sure that my employees have a work environment where they would love to come and work in everyday."

"I like the independence, I know my job and I am left alone to do it."
What don't you like about working at InterState Oil?
"They do not give annual pay raises/ cost of living etc. I have not received a pay increase in over two years and some have not received a raise for eight plus years."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"If you have good people doing a good job for you, then you should take care of them.After all the reason anyone works at any job is to make a living and to stay year after year and not get a pay increase is actually a pay cut in the end."
