There's always a new challenge every day, and aside from breaks I rarely find myself with an excess of down time. Due to the amount of work, I do find it challenging to keep up and can see the benefit of having an assistant. The work load I have is enough for a department, however I have dialed it in and am able to complete my daily tasks and then some in an efficient manner."

"Nothing I don't like, though I do wish they could afford to have me work full time hours."

"I enjoyed the youth of the company and working with new communication mediums to interact with customer bringing them into a business."

"Be yourself and be up to date on social media. Show that you can be personable through social channels."
What don't you like about working at GetMeFriends?
"The company did not have the market scope or range to be successful for an employee working 20+ hour weeks. Most companies do their social media in house and will not take exception. Our brand equity was growing with small to medium size businesses but acquiring large scale companies was nearly impossible for a start up in San Antonio."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"The Partners were fantasic mentors and have a passion for tackling a developing market and market need in Texas. I predict as companies invest more thought into social media GetMeFriends will grow and have success."

"Working at Nuesoft is very satisfying. The company continues to grow and it is an exciting time to be a part of the Nuesoft team."

"I can't think of anything negative about working at Nuesoft."

"I would not make any operational changes. The CEO has done a fantastic job of growing this company from the ground level."

"If you function well in a chaotic environment, you will do well here."
What don't you like about working at TGIC Importers?
"There was no strategic plan. As a result, we were constantly putting out fires. High turnover."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Don't allow the owner to lead the company. Let him be the idea man but find someone else to manage the day-to-day business."
