"I've worked for Soboba since the beginning of 2019. At first, I was promised to work PT, my hours fluctuate and I'm basically actually considered as on-call. The scheduling is very bias, and I have gone through a lot of hardships at this specific job that no one should endure. I have had racial slurs said to me and nothing was done, managers sending me home without explanation, and overall a feeling of having to "walk on egg shells" whenever I arrive to my current place of work."
