"Don't do it this company has nothing good to offer don't make the same mistake I have and waste 2 years of your life at a job you can't move up in"
What don't you like about working at GHSP?
"To many things to list the think that bothers me the most is company will not promote union workers into company jobs. The pay for my job is about $5 less an hour then at other places and the benifits are horrible, also the company treats union employees like we are second class"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Promote from within give union employees a chance at company jobs this is having a serious effect on the morale of workers on the floor"
