5I've worked for Smile Direct Club now for a year as a seasoned smile guide. This position has taught me so many things, not only about myself, but also customers, & consumers. I think its very important to recognize when a company genuinely cares about you, and your personal growth, and they have done so. Ive had such an amazing experience with this company! Theres so much you can do within in this company, theres so much growth, the sky is really the limit. Im thankful I was provided such an amazing oppurtunity to not only work, but grow as an individual.
This company is geared around affordable solutions to a straighter smile, in HALF the time its been done with traditional braces. No credit checks necessary, AND theres an affordable payment plan If you're unable to pay upfront in full. I mean really - anyone who wants a straighter smile in about six months - this company is for you!
3.4I've worked with Smile Direct for about six months. The first three months was a nice experience. They introduced me to the equipment and machines. Throughout the work days, they would upgrade a lot of things about the company and then never inform the employees. Essentially, we had to teach ourselves about the new print-out or the information that was presented to us to be analyzed.
3.5The company presents plenty of opportunity for growth but does not allow the top salespeople to make a 6 figure income even though the top producers create over $300,000 a month in revenue for the company.
It is a great company to work and participate with. It would be a better company if the top end compensation for sales representatives was commensurate with the revenue/profit we were bringing in for the company.
