"SamTrans provides great benefits to its employees and many opportunities to grow. During my experience I find they value education and do what they can to provide training opportunities to their employees. What I did not like is the lack of companionship. No one seems happy to be there and tries their best to avoid working with others. Being a government job it pays on the lower side of the scale. All the software is very outdated and frequently malfunctions."

"Some people may give up in the first few days, but don't give up and expand your horizon to learn experience from different industries."

"The bathroom wasn't clean because it was open to the public."

"I would like to see more opportunities in the company, however, it may be how government sector jobs works."
