PROS: The company ensures we have the resources we need, from skilled personnel to hardware CONS: Contracts with their clients are fixed-price and our pay is fixed as well. If we go over--as we typically do--we are not compensated."
"I have been at SmarTek21 since 2008. They gave me room to learn, grow and be successful. I have moved up the rank holding several positions and was never micro-managed, pay is great, and people are even better. The CEO cares about the employees in work place as well as in their everyday lives. Going on 9 years and do not plan to leave any time soon."
