What do you like about working at SkyWest Airlines?

"It was basiclly a good family type organization. Since they have greatly expanded thier operations, it has become more of a corporate environment. I loved the people I worked with."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Good company, great people, if you can survive on the pay."

What don't you like about working at SkyWest Airlines?

"It was very hard to live on the money. I feel the managers needed a bit more for the amount of work that was asked for. Loyalty is always evident at SkyWest, and the middle managers need to be recognized for their role."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"SkyWest should look at the pay scales of their station managers. They need to be able to support a family with their hard work and dedication. They also need to look at promotions and fine tune the qualifications and requirements in order to make it a fair playing field."
