"I feel like a small fish in a big pond"

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Make sure you know what upward or lateral moves are available.Ask about annual reviews and if salary is involved.After 4yrs I'm still on the same salary...and as far as I can tell, so is everyone else in my group."

What don't you like about working at SkillSoft?

"Everyone is overworked so people deflect everything. It's hard to find people to do their job, or find people who admit to having the skills needed to do a job to complete a project,"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would make everyone feel valued and not just part of the herd!Moo!"

What do you like about working at SkillSoft?

"I love that it's a work from home position.When it's not so busy, it is fun.I am well qualified for the job, so I am confident."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Make sure you understand what department you are working in and what lateral and upward positions are available. Ask about annual salary evaluations (if there are any). This is the only company I've worked at for 4 years and I'm still on the same salary I was when I started."

What don't you like about working at SkillSoft?

"They don't know what I'm doing or how big my work load is - big internal communications issue.When I have an issue, I have no idea who to contact for help.If all is well, the situation is great, I just need a bit more support."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would personalize an employee's career and not treat them as one of the crowd.I have felt more appreciated in other larger companies, I feel lost in this one.I don't believe upper management knows or appreciates the effort of it's employees"
