Very poor management, particularly family members who have risen to the management level but are really not capable of managing people. I suggest to re-evaluate your manager's skills.
1.5I've been a manager for Skechers for awhile now and omg, I have never seen so much sexual harassment in my life! I have never seen upper management (district manager and regional manager) be so inappropriate and so judgmental on the physical appearance of employees. They call it Skechers appropriate but that really means they only want you to hire skinny beautiful large breasted women. The tall red headed manager loves to brag about how he cheats on his wife with the Arizona district manager.
