". While working for this company for almost 3 months, I noticed a severe lack of organization internally. Even the office was not finished, bathrooms half painted and disgusting, no soap in the bathroom just water in an old soap container. Between the weekly change of plans for me and my role and the forever changing internal systems in a 3 month period. It created an impossible environment to succeed. Still I thought I will get the hang of this, when the madness settles I can help them out. For being in the business for 5 years there were hardly any processes in place, server reboots were not even happening. When I asked for help I would get endless I don’t knows, absolutely no training or info. Please beware of working with Sivils-IT consulting. Truly the worst company I have been exposed to and I have supported many in Hampton Roads."
