"I enjoyed interacting with the customers and providing them with a product that will benefit their needs."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"If you are looking for a summer job or and job while you go to school, I would highly suggest work for Idle Aire, but if you are trying to support a family or look for a career with a wide range of advancement oppurtunities, this is not the company for you."

What don't you like about working at IdleAire Technologies?

"The lack of employment advancement."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would suggest that we focus more on the quality of our products rather than the new members we get signed up because I feel once our product is perfect and we do outstanding business with what customers we have more customers will come."
