"I have worked in retail corporation both domestically and internationally. I started as a installation person while going to school, promoted into management. I have received two degrees in engineering, thus I understand the whole cycle of how both retail and manugfacturing corporations operate."

"How they relieved me from my duties and their lack of understanding."

"Project Management is about managing a finite project, that has both a beginning and an end. A Project Manager communicates with a Manager in an Organizational Hierarchy regarding resources, budget,..."

"Yes, I have some tips firstly, an interviewer must not only look at the appearance of an interviewee but also the potentialities and skills. Second, an intervier must give emphasis of the sincerity and honesty of the interviewee."

"I don't have anything which I don't like in Obayashi."

"It is better to have a combination of democratic and authoritave way of management. Superior/heads/ managers must consider their subordinates not only employees or workers but also individuals that needs respect of human rights."

"I hate Ford!"
What do you like about working at Ford Motor?
"Nothing. People were arrogant and the only thing management worried about was how big their bonuses were going to be. My bonus was $500 to $1500. Management bonuses were tens of thousands of dollars sometimes up to their salary."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Don't interview!. I would rather work at WalMart than at Ford."
What don't you like about working at Ford Motor?
"Everything. Place sucked!"

"Go get a gun and shoot yourselves in the head."
