What do you like about working at Ford Motor?

"Nothing. People were arrogant and the only thing management worried about was how big their bonuses were going to be. My bonus was $500 to $1500. Management bonuses were tens of thousands of dollars sometimes up to their salary."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Don't interview!. I would rather work at WalMart than at Ford."

What don't you like about working at Ford Motor?

"Everything. Place sucked!"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Go get a gun and shoot yourselves in the head."
