"I enjoyed having 50 miles between me and the CEO who is a terrible micro-manager and egomaniac."

"Focus in on how they treat their family when you ask questions. Also, be ready to stick to your guns on the technical questions as what they're asking you will probably be based on technology over 5 years old and not relevant or correct considering current technology you are use to using."
What don't you like about working at Siriusware?
"I did not like the resistance to moving to newer technology and architectures that would make our products better."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Drop the keynote address or at least invite other people to do this. I don't think the CEO realizes how many people sat in the back of the hall making fun of his keynote speeches."
