"I worked for almost 30 years with this company. The last 5 of them were bad, they took our work gave it to the sister company's and eventually closed us down all in order to save a buck. I haven't been able to find work else where because I believe they fix it so you can't. you can give all your time and life with them but there is a employee file that is kept on you if your not liked then that's it. The management is down right brutal toward it workers. Nothing matters to them but making the product. The most severe weather came be outside but you have to not only report in on time and I mean on time, not a minute late, and don't even think of leaving early if a bad storm comes in during your shift because the attendance policy is in- human."

"Stop beating up on each other in order to get brownie points. Stop treating the workers as slaves for you to gain your edge with the big boys by pushing them beyond the limit of being a human over productivity. Show some compassion and heart when your worker comes to you when he is sick, other than telling that person to go back to work and make your Doctors visit after hours in order not to get a warning for taking time off."
