"The technology people are top notch and know their stuff."

"If you need to get some experience then they may be worth something because of the technical excellence but don't stay to long and you should prefer any other opportunity you might get."

"There is no real vision for where the company is or should be going. This leads to many short sighted decisions and no investments. Human resources are considered cattle, fully exchangeable and there is not even a hint of treating them with respect."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Long term success in a software company is based on vision and human resources being happy at the company. It makes sense to at least pay some lip service to this."

"The opportunity to travel, work in dynamic environment, get exposure to clients and learning the business from the client."

"Once the role is defined in the agreement they should be willing to keep that role for a few years since there is no growth."
