"The management style was a very weird mix of hands on and hands off, always at the most inopportune time."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Trust your employees- you hired them for a reason. Pick a hat and wear it, and let the people on your payroll wear the rest of the hats. You try to do it all, but what ends up happening is the few vital things that need doing can't be done effectively."
