"I cannot say enough great things about this company. I started as a carousel operator and have moved through many positions, currently a General Manager. Simon has been the most supportive company I have ever worked for and I plan to stay with the company as long as they will have me. 10 years in."
"Overall good company, lots of long hours"
"I've worked for Simon Property Group as a construction project manager since 1998. It had been an enjoyable satisfying place of employment and I would still be working there had it not been for COVID-19."
"I've worked with Simon Property group for almost a year now. The biggest issue I have seen with them is that they are more concerned with their image and how they appear to customers rather than what is happening behind the scenes with their employees and their environment."
"Simon is definitely strong, however they are very thrifty. You have to watch your back because someone will post blame on you so they don't get in trouble. Many fake people work for this company. Appear friendly but won't hesitate to throw you to the wolves. The company is a money capitalist company. If you don't have ROI value, they will not hesitate to boot you. You can have 20 year there... you're just a number in the end. Upper positions gain major pay/bonuses, lower positions are below avg pay."
"I worked with SPG for 8.5 years and though it's a great, stable company, they're sorely lacking in many areas. Technology and software is woefully outdated (still using Windows XP in 2014) and slow. Red tape and extreme processes backlog approval process for months, and trust in employees is non-existent."
"Good place to start."
