The tools Silgan gives an employee to grow and develop are how I have achieved what I have."

"This company provides an individual the opportunity to learn the process and the equipment involved while receiving a substantial salary in the process. Although this is the case, taking into consideration just the time required at work, the breakdown on an hourly basis during the 1 year learning phase is low. This does not include the time invested at home that is needed to complete projects since no time is given at work to work on them. Good for single person but not a family person."
