"It was an interesting seven years but the company no longer exists."
What do you like about working at Signatec?
"Learning how our advanced, high-speed signal technologies provided solutions for the most demanding defense and medical imaging applications excited me. I loved working with federal and commercial engineers pushing the boundaries of the possible. It was almost akin to living in a science fiction film where I was fascinated and intellectually challenged on a daily basis."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"This company no longer exists in the same capacity, as the owners sold their corporate assets to a key competitor and retired in Fiji."
What don't you like about working at Signatec?
"Planning and internal communication weren't high priorities for Signatec's owners. As a business professional working under highly technical people, it was occasionally a challenge to establish best business practices to help us succeed as an organization."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"My strongest recommendation is for management to create, implement and control business, marketing and product development plans."
