"The management at Isotec was worse at its best. Management has least knowledge of the business they were managing and running the company not in a effective way. Most of the employees were unhappy and a number of employees left."

"The management should be considerate to the employees and provide right tools for them to work with. Managemnet should not dictate to the employees what to do. The managemnt should have the basic knowledge of the business they are running."

"High fluctuation - many and constant changes cause confusion as to priorities. Systems are outdated and need to be replaced."

"Don't implement changes without proper analysis of the results. Changes seem to be constant and don't address the cause but the symptom."

"Sigma Aldrich is a good company to work for to gain experience, but they have low wages which makes it hard to keep employees. The environment is relatively stress free, but can be boring at times. Overall it's a decent place to work."
"The IT dept is moving away from hiring/maintaining local (state-side) workers. IT jobs are reposted in other countries. I worked for the Product Safety dept. The company seems to be in conservation mode."
