"Do not be afraid of saying you do not know the answer to a question. Do not be afraid of admitting you made a mistake. They would rather have you acknowledge a mistake, take responsbility for solving it, and move on."

"There does seem to be much room for advancement. Too many people with what appears to be overlapping responsibilities, but in reality none of them will take responsibility."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Minor point. Get better office furniture. The current chairs and desks seem to be from an elementary school. They are FAR too short and low."
