What don't you like about working at Siemens?
"Management is stuck in a rut, and disconnected from reality. The decision making process tends to be hurry up and do something, no matter what it is and we'll think about doing the RIGHT thing later (maybe, if we have time). Emergencies are all that are important, nothing else has value."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Focus more on the employee welfare, and satisfaction with the job. Removal of red-tape, and streamlining the organization to find simpler, more efficient methods of doing things. In short, remove 2/3 of middle management."
