3.1 Have worked for SGRE since 2012 as a wind turbine technician, lead tech, and a site manager. The recent merger has not been a smooth transition which contributes to the attrition of many instrumental people. As the merger continues SGRE will be in a great position in the industry... I just hope they can get all of the back office issues sorted out.

3.5 I have worked for Gamesa since 2017. The company has came a long way with the merger of SGRE but still not a week goes by where we have a new IT person, Payroll person, and we have been through sever CEO's. The benifits are good, but not great, and as a field tech, you are fairly stagnant in your position.
