"The technology developed by the company is great. However, management is all over the place and directed by German HQ, which creates many issues. The company is split in many ways and it can be very hard to work with anyone outside of your "silo". Teamwork is terrible, company policies are very restrictive and the total lack of direction leaves you wondering what the point of your job is."
