"Have a very posititve attitude and high energy level. Listen and be willing to embrace the corporate culture."
What don't you like about working at W.B. Mason?
"My position was eliminated even though my area had grown by 56% and had a high GPM"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Instead of downplaying showrooms and used furniture add more focus on them and use them as a tool to increase sales and profits."

"I had full resposibility for single employee, remote from home office location."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Be diligent with self study. Try to find an old timer in company who will be patient to train. Learn a little bit about plumbing & hardware then understand how little that applies to this company's high end product."
What don't you like about working at Sherle Wagner?
"We lacked support from executives when dealing with customer problems or complaints. Company laid blame on customer service/ salespeople even when problem was manufacturing error. This always damages sales/client relationship for future business."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Include remote employees on developments in company which home office personnel knew from exposure.Keep everyone informed on manufacture changes; technical and artistic, which affect product for sale"

What do you like about working at Total Window and Door Solutions?
"Work atmosphere is still very pleasant and opinions were always taken into consideration. Everybody gets along well, family atmosphere."

"Stable pay, but minimal growth opportunities. Be up front with what you are looking for and get everything in writing when it comes to benefits that are promised to be granted."
What don't you like about working at Total Window and Door Solutions?
"There are no company goals, wage and company has no growth structure for employees. No type of health or retirement benefits either."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I was the manager, changed to product specialist with all the same responsibilities, when owners son was hired."

"Overall I was very satisfied with the owner, the company, the duties, co workers and challenges."
What do you like about working at ANICHINI?
"Even though this was a temporary position it exposed me to new challenges and growth and allowed me to learn about textiles, something that I had not experienced before. Their product bar none is the most exquisite collection of artisanal fabrics and bed linens I have ever seen."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"I know they are not hiring @ this time, but If I had to give a tip..... learn as much as possible about romanticizing the product because people do not understand the high prices in generaland need to understand the value of what they are looking @."
What don't you like about working at ANICHINI?
"One of the things that was the most apparent to me was their lack of structure and follow thru commitments, I am used to having with other employers. This was just an observation I made."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Because of their growing pains and breaking into new territory, I would probably suggest weekly meetings with management staff to keep them abreast of what was new, as well as changes inorder to get feed back on the latest issues and to talk over ideas for solutions to problems."

"The design and style of the product. The location and design community I work with."

"I don't like that my pay and hours are being cut do to the economy."
