"Never hire on as a Temporary Position you receive absolutely no benefits or even a parking permit"
What don't you like about working at Glendale Community College?
"The fact that they hired us as temporary to establish the new department then let us go without warning or interviews like they were supposed to give us, and hire from the internal list's anyways."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Re-evaluate Herman Gonsales and the Cashier Department at GCC insubordinate to the employment office and negligent."

"Being a part of the military is a great experience and I tink everyone should have to experience it and be apart of it in their life."
What do you like about working at United States Army?
"The ability to see new places and meet new people from different areas of the country and form a tight bond between them all."
What don't you like about working at United States Army?
"Being away from your family while you train or at war, and not being home every night, but that is part of the commitment."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Listen to your people and give them the training, tools, and needs they need to complete their duties."
What do you like about working at Fabrication Specialties?
"The fact that I was able to build a rapport with my customers and gained their trust. I also liked having the respect from my co-workers. I established higher wages for the guys, got them uniforms, paid vacations, and before I left they finally put in a 401K plan."
What do you like about working at Covidien?
"Learning new things such as the manufacturing process for making diapers and being in a supportive role."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"No, not really, the plant closed and all management that made this move has been fired for making this move."
What don't you like about working at Covidien?
"Well, the job was a rotating 12 hour shift, and the fact that the plant closed."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Don't sell the number 1 producing plant in your entire operation because some logistic engineer says it is a good idea."

"This company was fast pace and treated its workers very well. I have nothing bad to say."

"I have no tips for anybody that would apply for this company. I would not go back"

"The hours of operation and the scheduling was not in my best interest. Overall not good."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Work more with the people on the floor. Help them understand changes and explain to them why they were made"

"Being in charge of a 2 shift operation of 18 techs. Making sure all financial goals were met along with service sales projections"

"they promised a relocation closer to my home and had no intention of meeting that commitment."

"do not lie to your employees as the lies will catch up to you and bite you in the back side."
