Shoe Show Employee

"I have been employed by Shoe Show for approximately two years as a keyholder. I enjoy the work I do as well as the interaction I have with the general public. I have many years of experience with customer service and feel, as well as have been told, I'm great in that area. I have an hourly rate of $9.00....still. I bust my butt for this company daily. Will they do the same for me? Also, I do want to mention that during the shutdown for the pandemic Shoe Show paid me 100% of my wages throughout the entire time. That was not expected but much appreciated! Thank you."
