I particularly worked in athletics under Strength and Conditioning and saw the program improve over my time there. Current faculty and staff are not only trying to get their students to succeed, but also their employees."

Employees love to boast about being student-centric which is great and true, albeit a little annoying to hear repeatedly. The benefits are great, pay is average, but it's not the place to be if you want to achieve great things. There's a lot of apathy and little vision."
