Minimal guidance given by the PM leadership. Thinking it was a bad career move, but other departments appear to be much more jovial."

"I have worked at shiloh industres since 2018. It's a tier 3 automotive supplier company. There are lots of hours and the pay is good. However overtime is mandatory and the workplace environment is hot and dirty."
