"The company is in bankruptcy, which speaks for itself. I was hired under bait and switch tactics. Upon starting I soon discovered that the company had not paid out bonuses for several years, despite being signed up for a bonus program, ultimately a pay decrease. Minimal guidance given by the PM leadership. Thinking it was a bad career move, but other departments appear to be much more jovial."

"I have worked at shiloh industres since 2018. It's a tier 3 automotive supplier company. There are lots of hours and the pay is good. However overtime is mandatory and the workplace environment is hot and dirty."

"Shiloh is a great organization coming out of the bowels of a low technology focused manufacturing company. They are significantly improving their technology resources to become a global enterprise. They are strict with salary and often times not clear on roles/responsibilities for positions hired with the intent on being leadership."
