"I love being the shift manager of my employees at Five Guys because it makes me know that i can lead my coworkers to getting the job done right. "The things I love the most about being a shift manager is mainly the regulars that keep coming back. "Waking up @ 5am to be at work downtown for 7am."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"wwork better with and establish a better realationship with the staff so that in any event something happens, you might make better judgement calls on certain situations."
