"Be diligent with self study. Try to find an old timer in company who will be patient to train. Learn a little bit about plumbing & hardware then understand how little that applies to this company's high end product."

"We lacked support from executives when dealing with customer problems or complaints. Company laid blame on customer service/ salespeople even when problem was manufacturing error. This always damages sales/client relationship for future business."
