"Strong company, very friendly. Wonderful people, work space nice, understanding. Shell is doing great things with in the community, Company has moved some of the employees overseas, our department was closed and moved overseas. So I would like a more stable company and a place where I can grow as an employee and able to be with an company for many years to come."

"let go of your unproductive staff and instead hire your contractors who are contributing to your bottom line. employees become complacent while contractors work harder to prove their worth. don't follow the industry norm when you can be smarter."

"You need to watch your back. Management was weak and only interested in themselves and moving on to their next position. Not many left in management that know the oil business, most come from another company such as Frito-Lay or Pepsico with a marketing background."
