"Great people, but the corporate law firm culture does not allow for work-life balance. Always spontaneous and on call."

"No work life balance. No room for change to improve methods."

"I would emphasis a work-life balance. Encourage people to work, but at the same time make sure they are happy employees."

"Good place to learn projectmanagement skills, but not a place for long term career asperitations."

"Had old infastructure that was very slow to work with at times."

"Invest in better servers with more memory and better computers for inhouse processing."

"I wouldn't have stayed there for twenty years if I didn't like it! They are obviously excellent to work for! I only left due to being laid off after senior partner I worked for passed away."

"Don't apply as firm is going out of business due to death of senior partner and relocating back to Louisiana where it was located prior to Hurricane Katrina."

"This law firm has a proud, 135 year tradition and with that comes a traditional view - you work for 30 years and retire doing largely the same work you did throughout your career."

"Office Location was pretty good, but other than that, not much."

"Go in with eyes wide open! Don't fall for the gimmicks."

"A firm that's quickly tumbling. Firm does not have a business sense. Legal field no longer views it as a top firm. Work assignment system is in need of serious help. Political. Backstabbing environment."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Get a clue. One wonders how smart the decision-makers can actually be after seeing the way they handle business and treat their associates. The funny part is that they wonder why there is ill-will toward the firm afterward."
