"I would emphasis a work-life balance. Encourage people to work, but at the same time make sure they are happy employees."

"A firm that's quickly tumbling. Firm does not have a business sense. Legal field no longer views it as a top firm. Work assignment system is in need of serious help. Political. Backstabbing environment."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Get a clue. One wonders how smart the decision-makers can actually be after seeing the way they handle business and treat their associates. The funny part is that they wonder why there is ill-will toward the firm afterward."
