There are many different places you can work with a lot of people that are great, however in some of the manufacturing plant settings the job is more about how to move up and less about how to do your job well. The resources at your disposal are often lacking and sometimes it is very difficult to get the resources you may need. It is hard to start ideas from the bottom up. Most innovation is top down."
