"Rethink a new company vision and be more customer service orientated. Give realistic goals for the company and its workers."

"I love working at Sharp for the fact that it is a Chinese owned company. I am of Chinese upbringing and growing up in California, Chinese was not spoken often. It is very nice to walk into an office and learn to really appreciate your background and where I cam from."

"Hide tattoos and piercings. This is a very Asian environment and definitely, less is more."

"There is not one thing that I don't like about Sharp Industries, Inc."
