"Sharon Young, is a great company. The people are phenomenal. You couldn't ask for a better work force. However, the inefficiency levels are ridiculous. They are more about budget then being effective. Now, don't get me wrong, I'm all about a budget...but not when it gets in the way of productivity. i.e. 98.2% of my job is on the computer and deals with large color files. My computer only has 8G and I have a monitor that skews color from one side to the other. No es bueno."
