"Navistar is currently facing some trouble with stockholders, the removal of leadership, and employee retention. However, they are a historic and great company, and I am sure they will emerge from the current turmoil and be even stronger for it."

What don't you like about working at Navistar?

"Much of the IT has been outsourced in recent years so the personal relationships with team members has diminished significantly"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I believe the company would be well advised to consider their in-house talent, and the capabilities of employees."
