"The owner has zero manufacturing experience and has hired a President of operations who knows just as little and he makes decisions that hurt us and then blames others for mistakes. Everyone is constantly watching their backs."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Hire someone who knows what he is doing because the mood in the factories is very pessimistic; 95% of employees are looking for other opportunities."
