"I have worked at ServiceTitan for over a year and a half. The company has a great mission and an extremely powerful product. Everyone is motivated and fueled to succeed. The sales organization is a bit of a mess right now, and unfortunately has a lot of turnover. It is not easy to sell software to contractors. The pay is really great for SDR's but it will take a heavy toll on your mental health."
