"I spent two years working at ServiceSource. During that time I had 10 different managers within the two tiers directly above me, it was admitted to me by a manager I was performing two unique jobs within the team and being very underpaid for it, and then was later tasked to split my time further to aid another team. The culture feels like an extension of college, because the company tends to have many people in their 20s. Therefore, I did hear and see a lot of unprofessionalism."

"I worked at Servicesource since 2012 - I truly enjoyed the environment and the other employees. It was truly invigorating. There was a lot of knowledge sharing between the data analysts - if one person would learn something that could benefit others, it was documented and sent out to the team. The environment is mainly setup for sales and gets really rowdy at the end of each quarter. There was a lot of team involvement throughout the company."

"Very high stress job with low pay/perks for good performance."

"Hard workers do not get rewarded. More time schmoozing you spend the more of a chance you have to move up...to a point."

"Constantly creating supervisory positions which require multiple updates/reports through out the day."
