"I like the fast pace ,constantly challenging atmosphere."

"At this point in our business organization, the business levels are down and consequently we are not as busy as before. I prefer a constant busy challenging operation."

"the 12 hours shifts. working the weekends and holidays. the inconsistency with what came from upper management."
