"The new management of the service desk are all from Dell. They want to change the culture 100%."

"Observe the culture of the rest of EA. It's not Dell."

"The people. Nerdy and geeky culture that is fully supportive of each other and is willing to share knowledge and experiences."

"I do not have anything to say at the moment."

What don't you like about working at Intelliteach?

"Little to no advancement path. Company is unorganized in its current state. Hard working people are being penalized. The same geeky/nerdy culture is being pushed out of the company. Morale is stifling."

"To listen to the employee's concerns about the company and the way it is heading."
