"I have been a service desk agent for 2 years and what I love about that is being able to help the people with my skills and knowledge. It feels great when you are able to solve their problems. What I hate about the job is the value of quantity over quality. Most agents tend to focus more on their number yet being poor on their customer satisfaction rating, regardless I am able to top both. ;)"
