"You have to be able to cope with stress and to rise to the challenge."
What don't you like about working at Sogeti USA?
"They had a annual re-negotiation of their contract, what worked as a de-motivator instead of a motivator."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Annual functional meetings are good, but don't make it a habit of giving a salary incentive each time, and give them clear objectives to qualify for an incentive."
