"Working on the field, great benefits, great perks such as free cable service, and provided company's truck to take home, discount on many other services. Fast pace making time go by faster."

What don't you like about working at Spectrum?

"Working on the field during bad weather, time constraint on each job given where some jobs require extra time to complete."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Give each technician some more time."
